Whether you purchase online or via regular mail, please ensure that you let us know the names of the dog(s) you wish to be remembered. When you purchase online, there will be a comment box for you to add your dog's name(s). |

Purchase by Cheque
If you prefer to purchase your butterfly package by regular mail, please send a cheque to ElderDog Canada stating your name, address, details of the butterfly package you require, and the names of any dogs you wish to remember. Cheques should be made payable to "Friends of ElderDog Society" and sent to the following address:
